Hotshot Properties is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
- Verify property availability and listing accuracy with agents and owners
- Coordinate property photoshoots and marketing materials
- Ensure all listing information, documents, and permits are up to date
- Generate listing performance reports and track lead activity
- Support the sales and leasing team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
- Experience with property portals and CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
