Hotshot Properties is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
* Verify property availability and listing accuracy with agents and owners
* Coordinate property photoshoots and marketing materials
* Ensure all listing information, documents, and permits are up to date
* Generate listing performance reports and track lead activity
* Support the sales and leasing team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
* Experience with property portals and CRM systems
* Strong communication and organizational skills
