.  Responsibilities  :

1. Listing Management:  – Coordinate the listing process for residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate and comprehensive property details.  – Maintain an

up-to-date

database of available properties, including relevant details such as pricing, features, and location.

2.

Communication

and

Collaboration:

– Liaise with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for property listings.  – Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling listing materials, including photos, descriptions, and promotional content.

3. Documentation and Compliance:  – Ensure all listing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with local real estate regulations and company standards.  – Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property listings.

4. Market Analysis:  – Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition.  – Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research findings.  Qualifications  :

– Proven experience in real estate, preferably in a listing coordination or similar role.  – Strong organizational and

multitasking

skills.  – Excellent written and verbal

communication skills
