We are looking for an Arabic Female Listing consultant:
Arabic / English Speaking & Writing
Minimum 2 years’ Experience at least in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market.
Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports.
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Real Estate Call Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and schedule property viewings.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process.
Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Administrative Duties: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Essential:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Consultant Agent in Real Estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in Bitrix24.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
