Listing Co-Ordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Oia Properties
The Listing Coordinator will oversee and manage the administrative tasks involved in the real estate listing process. This position ensures the efficient preparation, marketing, and management of property listings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and Manage Listings:
Input new listings into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system, ensuring accurate information and photos.
Create listing descriptions and ensure property details are correctly documented.
Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and other vendors to prepare homes for market.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop marketing materials for listings, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
Coordinate and schedule open houses, private showings, and virtual tours.
Ensure listings are shared across all relevant platforms (MLS, real estate websites, social media, etc.).
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers and coordinate the listing process with them.
Keep sellers updated on listing status, feedback from showings, and market activity.
Respond to inquiries from buyers, agents, and other stakeholders.
Transaction Coordination:
Assist in managing timelines and deadlines associated with listing and selling properties.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and organized, including listing agreements, disclosures, and contracts.
Communicate with escrow officers, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized system for managing all listings, leads, and client data.
Help agents with follow-up tasks, client communications, and appointments.
Ensure all documents related to listings and sales are accurately filed and stored.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in real estate and experience in customer service is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and MLS systems preferred.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Preferably someone that can start immediately.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with real estate software (MLS, CRM systems, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a must.
