Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings for sale and rent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property information.
- Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure listings are published on major property portals.
- Keep property information, pricing, and availability up to date.
- Negotiate listing agreements with property owners.
- Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to maximize property exposure.
- Meet monthly listing targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Previous experience as a Listing Agent or Property Consultant is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market and property portals is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
