We are currently hiring for a UV Printer Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Examine Job Orders: Review job details, including quantities, production times, material specs, and color sequences.
Inspect Products: Check printed materials for clarity, color accuracy, defects, and specification compliance.
Ink Preparation: Mix and test inks, solvents, and paints based on job requirements.
Equipment Programming: Input instructions to program automated machinery.
Material Setup: Load and position materials for printing.
Machine Operation: Operate UV printers to ensure accurate ink coverage and alignment.
Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance.
Record Keeping: Track production, material usage, costs, and machine maintenance.
Monitor Production: Ensure proper assembly and finishing of printed products.
Assist Design Team: Help with layout design and material preparation.
Requisition Supplies: Order and receive necessary materials and equipment.
Job Prioritization: Organize printing jobs to minimize waste and meet deadlines.
Color Matching: Perform color correction and proof matching.
Handover: Deliver finished prints to the packing department.
Reporting: Submit reports as required by management.
Team Coordination: Work closely with production and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Shift Work: Ability to work in shifts and collaborate across departments
