The System Administrator is responsible for deploying, installing, managing, and maintaining
different physical servers and virtual machines based on Linux in its different distributions
(Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.), Docker, VMware hypervisors (vSphere, vCenter, etc.). The System
Administrator must also handle the incidents received through the internal ticketing tool.
Skills
Engineer or computer scientist
2+ years of experience in deployment, administration, and troubleshooting on Linux systems
Ability to travel
Linux certification (desirable)
Intermediate English skills are mandatory
Main Responsibilities:
Deployment of new servers
Administration and daily operation of all systems
Incident resolution
New requirement management
Backup management
Collaborate in the design of new solutions
Document the system administration processes
Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to achieve the objectives of the area
24×7 availability, on-duty shift
Provide on-premises support when required
