Job Purpose Summary
The incumbent is primarily responsible for leading the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of the main server operating systems and applications for eChannels System Support. The incumbent will ensure maximum security, operational continuity, and contingency controls for each assigned system platform.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions
Shareholder & Financial:
Perform necessary system administration to support eChannels System Support operations and align with the Group’s strategy.
Implement KPIs and best practices for installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of main server operating systems and applications.
Promote cost consciousness, efficiency, and productivity to minimize costs, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for the bank.
Act within delegated powers and monitor the exercise of authority by staff.
Understand the bank’s financial and non-financial performance factors.
