ABC Coffee Roasters is a chain of premium cafes. Today, our company has 10 cafes, 2 central kitchens, and 2 roasteries in 2 countries. Â We plan to become the most recognizable coffee brand in Dubai and we are looking for a person for the position of a territorial Chef who is ready to achieve this goal together with our young team of enthusiasts.
Responsibilities: Â Creativity and initiative. Â Management and control of kitchens in the cafe chain. Â Coordination of activities of kitchens, staff of cafes, and production. Â Ability to cook in all positions (cold, hot station). Â Knowledge of baking. Â Strict adherence to recipes of dishes and control over the kitchens of cafes. Â Formation and selection of the team. Â Motivation, constant development of skills, and training of kitchen staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience of
at least 3 years. Â High level of responsibility and diligence.
