Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships for long-term success.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of office interior design and fit-out processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Valid UAE Driving License is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
