 Retail Shop Lease and closure agreements Trademark / copyright infringement/Product registration / TM Registration & Renewals worldwide.
 Reparation & attestations of Power of attorney
 Notarization, Reading through Bank Contracts & Documents, Non-Disclosure Agreements
 Mould Contracts from purchase dept, / Service Agreements / Free Zone License renewals/ Oversees Licensing and contracts / Brand Policies
 Distributor & Retailer agreement and contracts / NAFDAC follow-up with Buyers
 Mall Contracts / Admin Contracts, India CDSCO registrations
 Legal compliance, Drafting documents and Emails.
 Amazon online brand registration.

Skills & Requirements:

 3-5 years of work experience Admin and Legal Executive in a Retail / Manufacturing Industry.
 Good time management and organizational skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
 Ability to cope with several projects simultaneously with short deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Retail Shop Lease and closure agreements: 5 years (Required)
Dist & Retail agree & contracts / NAFDAC fol-up with Buyer: 5 years (Required)
Legal compliance, Drafting documents and Emails.: 5 years (Required)
Amazon online brand registration.: 2 years (Preferred)
