Studying Contract Agreement, BOQ and Drawings from Client.
Co-ordinate with the Accounts department to prepare Tax Invoice for advance payment.
Carry out take offs for material procured.
Collecting the DSPR and getting work done details from site engineers.
Site visit for monitoring job and taking site measurement.
Strong understanding of BOQ, Payment terms,work done clqims as per contracts.
Proven track record of QS in a steel fabrication company
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Structural Steel.
