Light Vehicle Driver Jobs in Abu Dhabi at SWIFT TRANS GENERAL TRANSPORT
We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Light Vehicle Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting safely and efficiently to designated locations. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure routine maintenance checks are completed, and strictly adhere to all local traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Safely operate light vehicles like sedans, SUVs, minivans, or light pick-up trucks to transport passengers / deliveries to specified destinations in a timely manner.
- Route Planning: Plan optimal driving routes using GPS systems and local road knowledge to avoid traffic delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and fuel. Report any mechanical faults or repairs needed immediately.
- Cleanliness: Keep the inside and outside of the vehicle clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Logkeeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily time sheet, fuel purchase receipts, delivery sign-offs, and maintenance records as required.
- Compliance: Obey all local traffic regulations, speed limits, and safety standards to ensure zero preventable accidents or traffic fines.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and politely with clients, passengers, vendors, or team members.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
