Roles & Responsibilities
Manage visa processing, trade license renewals, group health insurance, and official documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Act as a liaison between the company and government entities for approvals and inquiries.
Manage documentation for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain a tracking system for employee and company documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local laws.
Ensure timely submission of utility and other payments to avoid penalties.
Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and labor regulations.
Assist in employee onboarding by coordinating necessary government documents.
Provide guidance to employees on UAE labor laws and their rights.
Coordinate and attend government meetings and inspections.
Manage CICPA pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
Knowledge & Expertise
Proficient in GDRFA / JAFZA / MOHRE / ICA portals.
Experienced in CICPA pass applications and PRO-related tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, government procedures, and CICPA/National Guard passes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/PRO Operations.
English and Arabic speaking, reading, and writing is essential.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
