Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Light Driver for our company in Al-Rayyan Qatar. As a Light Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and people to various locations within the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate light vehicles such as cars, vans and small trucks to transport goods and people to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods and packages as needed
- Keep track of mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during pick-ups and drop-offs
Qualifications
- Must be a Kenyan national with a valid drivers license for light vehicles in Qatar
- Previous experience as a Light Driver is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Al-Rayyan roads and traffic rules is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in basic English is necessary
- Physically fit with good eyesight, hearing and reflexes
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary of 1200$ plus benefits such as annual leave, medical insurance and airfare allowance. Free accommodation is not provided.
