Lifting Supervisor – Own Visa Jobs in Dubai at Stallion HR Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
BOM Management:
Develop and maintain BOMs for all products.
Ensure BOMs are updated based on engineering changes, new product developments, and cost revisions.
Verify accuracy and consistency in material specifications and quantities.
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with R&D, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate BOM structures.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material specifications and updates.
Communicate BOM changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Data Management & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of BOM versions, revisions, and approval history.
Ensure documentation compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Generate BOM-related reports for analysis and decision-making.
Cost & Inventory Optimization:
Assist in cost analysis related to material requirements.
Support procurement in optimizing inventory levels based on BOM data.
Identify opportunities for material standardization and cost savings.
System & Process Improvement:
Utilize ERP/MRP systems for BOM management and updates.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance BOM accuracy and efficiency.
Support audits and compliance checks related to BOM documentation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
