Lifeguard – Male Jobs in Dubai at Trading Company UAE

· Monitoring activities in and near the water through patron surveillance.

· Preventing injuries by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors

· Remain alert and attentive

· Not to chat with friends or co workers

· Give immediate first aid in the event of injury to any person who may require such assistance while using the swimming pool.

· For safety concern lifeguards should not allow children below 12 years old to go near the swimming pool area without guardian

· Enforcing facility rules and regulations and educating patrons about them.

· Recognizing and responding quickly and effectively to all emergencies.

· Administering first aid and CPR, including using an automated external defibrillator

· And, if trained, administering emergency oxygen when needed.

· Working as a team with other lifeguards at the facility with the staff and management

· Testing the pool water chemistry and reporting for dozing.

· Assisting patrons (conducting safety orientations, administering swim tests and fitting life jackets).

· Cleaning or performing maintenance

· Completing records and reports.

· Performing opening duties, closing duties or facility safety checks and Inspections.

· Uniform should be clean and pressed. Hair should be kept short, facial hair well-trimmed or clean-shaven and fingernails to be clipped short.

· Any other duties as assigned by your superior officer.

· Provide first aid, within the scope of his/her qualifications.

· Provide basic life support (CPR-Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) if necessary.

· Provide advanced life support if trained to do so (e.g., AED, etc.).

· Raise alarm/escalate communication to concerned management personnel/authorities for further assistance if required.
