What You'll Do
At Tesla, we strive to find the best people. We are looking for qualified, innovative, and open-minded people for our positions as a Service Technician.
Use Tesla software and advanced tools to service, repair, and maintain all Tesla vehicle types
Work efficiently to exceed quality and productivity expectations, progressing toward full autonomy on complex repairs
Ensure first-time-right fixes with thorough pre-return and pre-delivery inspections
Collaborate across teams to share best practices and elevate the service experience
Grow through in-house training while contributing your own knowledge to the team
What You'll Bring
Extensive vehicle service/repair experience (automotive, aviation, marine, or similar)
You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs. However, this is not a requirement
Clear and respectful communicator in English
Valid driver's license
Flexible with shifts (including weekends/mornings/evenings) and willing to travel
