We’re Hiring: Legal Manager / Legal Counsel
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving complex, high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This position will report directly to the Head of Legal and support strategic business growth initiatives.
Role Overview
You will lead and manage legal matters related to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate transactions—ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead legal due diligence for M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate SPA, SHA, MOA, and related agreements
• Advise on joint venture structures, governance, and exit strategies
• Oversee legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, developments, and leasing
• Provide strategic legal advisory to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations
• Manage external counsel and mentor junior team members
Requirements
• LLB (LLM preferred) and qualified lawyer
• 12–15 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong background in M&A, joint ventures, and real estate
• Experience with a real estate developer or top-tier law firm preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
