Legal Counsel Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Kova Consultancy FZ-LLC
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g., vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, licensing agreements)
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments (sales, HR, finance, product, marketing)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the business
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and entity management
- Manage and oversee outside counsel on specialized or high-stakes matters
- Assist with employment law matters, including policies, disputes, and terminations
- Support intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyrights, licensing)
- Respond to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and litigation holds as needed
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the business accordingly
- Help develop and maintain internal legal templates, policies, and processes
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, or fundraising transactions as needed
