WE’RE HIRING: Legal Counsel / Legal Executive (Bilingual – English & Chinese)
Are you a licensed lawyer with strong corporate experience and fluent in Mandarin + English?
We’re looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced, international environment and handle multi-jurisdiction legal work.
IMPORTANT: Applications without Chinese (Mandarin) fluency will NOT be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead corporate legal work (incorporation, restructuring, governance)
- Draft & review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Support regulated license applications (fintech, gaming, financial services)
- Work closely with clients, regulators, banks & external law firms
- Handle KYC, AML & due diligence processes
- Manage cross-border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Translate and draft documents in English & Chinese
Who We’re Looking For
Legal Qualification
✔ Legally qualified and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction (e.g. admitted lawyer, solicitor, attorney-at-law, PRC Legal Professional Qualification, or equivalent)
✔ Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory or Licensed lawyer (any jurisdiction)
✔ 2–6 years experience (law firm / in-house / corporate services)
✔ Strong in corporate, compliance, or regulatory matters
✔ Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
✔ Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive
