Position Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with strong practical experience to provide legal advice, manage cases, and draft and review contracts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact directly with clients and provide practical legal solutions that align with the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice in various fields (commercial, corporate, labor, disputes).
- Draft and review contracts and legal agreements.
- Represent clients before judicial authorities and quasi-judicial bodies (when needed).
- Prepare legal memoranda, regulations, and responses.
- Monitor cases and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Direct interaction with clients and provide practical legal solutions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and provide recommendations based on them.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia.
- Experience of no less than 8 years in litigation or legal consulting.
- Good knowledge of Saudi systems (corporate, labor, enforcement, etc.).
- Strong skills in legal drafting in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with clients.
Working Hours:
- From Sunday to Thursday.
- From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- (Subject to change based on the nature of work).
