We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to
join our dynamic team
in our Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional with a strong background in corporate and real estate law to contribute to our growing operations in the region. Responsibilities:
– Provide legal advice and support on construction contracts,
regulatory compliance
, and dispute resolution.
– Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
– Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
– Collaborate with project teams and management to identify and mitigate legal risks throughout project lifecycles.
– Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
– Stay updated on changes in construction-related laws and regulations and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.
– Conduct legal due diligence for new projects and partnerships.
– Bachelor’s degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications or certifications in construction law are a plus.
– Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role within the construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of UAE legal system, particularly construction and commercial law.
– Excellent negotiation,
communication
, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a
