Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate Legal Consultant to join our professional legal team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is presentable, well-mannered, and possesses strong legal drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Saudi laws and court procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal pleadings, memorandums, and other legal documents across various areas of law.
Provide accurate and timely legal advice in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Collaborate with the legal team and manage tasks using project management tools.
Ensure deadlines are met and legal documentation is prepared with the highest standard.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university.
Minimum of 2 years of legal experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Solid knowledge of Saudi legal systems, court procedures, and regulations.
Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English, free from grammatical or spelling errors.
Proven experience in preparing legal memoranda and pleadings in multiple legal disciplines.
Proficiency in task management software such as Trello, Asana, or Click Up.
Highly organized, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
Presentable appearance and demonstrates strong professional ethics and conduct.
