JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Draft, review, and revise the company’s legal documents, including contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding the company’s legal and financial interests.
- Standardize management processes related to legal and compliance matters.
- Provide timely feedback on the review and modification of contracts, highlighting relevant risk points and suggesting improvements.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the company.
- Conduct internal business compliance inspections as per the superior’s requirements and company regulations.
- Complete compliance inspection and reporting work required by regulatory authorities.
- Conduct legal and compliance training sessions for employees, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable about key legal frameworks, including Data Security Law, Regulations on Credit Investigation and Management, and Personal Information Protection.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in legal practice and in-hand experience in legal & compliance roles, preferably within corporate business in UAE.
- Hands-on experience in handling legal documentation, company secretarial duties, and contract negotiation.
- Experience advising on corporate law, commercial contracts, labor/employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per hour
