AMCO Law Firm is currently looking for a Legal Associate to join its Litigation and corporate practice based in Dubai. The ideal applicant should be fluent in English and should have atleast 2 years’ experience working in a law firm Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of Litigation matters and will have the opportunity to contribute to complex legal projects. The job description for this position would be as follows:
- Proven work experience as a Litigation and corporate matters or similar role
- Aiming to resolve cases as quickly and favorably as possible
- Proven track record in generating revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys
- Conducting research and analyzing cases to determine a probable outcome and devise an effective strategy to defend clients in court
- Interpreting laws for clients and helping them to understand their legal options
- Support the legal team in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law in the UAE and internationally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of legal services to clients.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including maintaining accurate records and managing correspondence.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
