Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple departments and driving operational excellence within the retail, sportswear, or manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and overall business performance.
Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals.
Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements across all areas.
Lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in senior management roles, ideally within the retail, sportswear, or manufacturing industries.
Proven success in overseeing multiple departments, managing budgets, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Strong track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver results.
Experience managing financial performance and business operations.
Required Skills:
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
Expertise in project management, performance management, and resource allocation.
Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the retail or sportswear sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and business analytics tools.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools to inform decision-making.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Mobility:
Based in the UAE with the possibility of travel for business meetings, client engagements, and events.
