Legal Advisor Real Estate (Arabic preferable) Jobs in Dubai at 34 Real Estate Valuation
Job Summary:
IAH group is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor / Legal Affairs Officer to handle legal documentation, real estate-related disputes, rental dispute matters, contracts, notices, case follow-ups, and coordination with courts, police stations, government departments, external lawyers, landlords, tenants, clients, and other concerned parties.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE legal procedures, court systems, rental dispute processes, legal drafting, settlements, and confidential document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal notices, contracts, memorandums, petitions, agreements, official letters, and legal requests.
- Prepare and organize documents related to civil, commercial, rental, real estate, and company-related legal matters.
- Follow up legal cases before Dubai Courts, Rental Dispute Center, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, federal courts, police stations, prosecution, and relevant government authorities.
- Support the company in rental disputes, client disputes, landlord/tenant matters, settlement cases, and property-related legal issues.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, courts, police stations, clients, tenants, landlords, developers, and government departments.
- Handle case registration, notifications, hearing follow-ups, expert sessions, execution files, and judgment follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing and opening police complaints, legal complaints, and official reports when required.
- Review real estate-related documents including tenancy agreements, sales agreements, brokerage documents, settlement agreements, and client correspondence.
- Provide management with legal advice regarding rights, obligations, legal risks, and recommended actions.
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions with lawyers, clients, tenants, landlords, and other parties.
- Maintain proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of legal documents, contracts, case records, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular legal reports, case updates, and status summaries for management.
- Ensure all legal documentation and follow-ups are handled accurately and in line with UAE laws and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 8–10 years of legal experience, preferably in UAE law firms, real estate companies, corporate legal departments, or legal service offices.
- Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures, Dubai Courts, Rental Dispute Center, police/prosecution procedures, and government authority follow-ups.
- Experience in drafting legal memorandums, contracts, legal notices, petitions, settlements, and official correspondence.
- Good understanding of civil, commercial, rental, criminal, and corporate legal matters.
- Strong Arabic communication skills with working English ability.
- Good computer skills and ability to use online court/government systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal matters at the same time.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as Legal Advisor, Legal Consultant, Legal Officer, Legal Coordinator, or Legal Affairs Manager.
- UAE real estate or rental dispute experience is an advantage.
- Experience dealing with courts, police stations, rental dispute centers, and government authorities.
- Arabic speaker with good reporting and documentation skills.
