Faimy Amar & Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Bilingual Legal advisor fluent in English and Arabic to join our team in Ajman. This full-time position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong command of UAE laws and the ability to handle diverse legal matters for both corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate legal advice across civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and immigration law.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in both Arabic and English.
- Translate and interpret legal materials; communicate effectively with Arabic- and English-speaking clients.
- Represent clients in consultations, negotiations, and legal proceedings as required.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums, opinions, and reports.
- Liaise with government departments, courts, and regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
- Maintain strong, professional client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree or UAE legal certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven skills in legal drafting, translation, and document review.In-depth knowledge of the UAE legal system, court structures, and legal procedures.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
- Candidates currently based in Ajman or willing to relocate are preferred.
