Legal Adviser – Abu Dhabi, UAE (Malayalee Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of legal experience and knowledge of local and regional laws and regulations. We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in both English and Malayalee languages.
The Legal Adviser will be responsible for:
Providing legal advice to the company
Managing all legal documentation
Preparing contracts
Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations
Representing the company in legal proceedings
Overseeing compliance with local regulations
The candidate must have a strong understanding of the UAE legal system and should be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
