We are one of the top leading car care company in RAK. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidates to support our daily company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
Assist with financial tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting
Assist in managing company operations and administrative tasks.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
Regularly calculates and/or posts monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit using accurate, proper cash handling methods
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
Ability to handle social media marketing is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
