Overview
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Supervisor to support our expansion strategy by identifying high-potential retail locations and securing the best commercial leasing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to identify suitable retail spaces and strategic locations.
- Evaluate potential sites based on demographics, traffic flow, purchasing power, and competitor presence.
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property management companies to secure favorable rental rates and fit-out grace periods.
- Review property documentation, including ownership deeds and building permits, to ensure compliance and avoid licensing issues.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to review lease agreements and oversee contract execution through the relevant digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail expansion, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and geographic landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct extensive fieldwork and site assessments.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market potential.
