Job Purpose:
To manage and execute leasing activities for the company’s real estate portfolio, aiming to maximize occupancy rates and achieve revenue targets in line with company policies and leasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market available commercial units (luxury showrooms and offices) through various channels (online platforms, brokers, and direct relationships).
- Receive clients, respond to their inquiries, and present suitable offers.
- Organize and conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
- Negotiate with clients to reach the best contractual terms.
- Continuously update the client and property database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate leasing.
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong connections with site selection departments of international brands in restaurants, cafés, and retail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good command of English (preferred).
