Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Officer / Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, generating leasing opportunities, and ensuring successful completion of tenancy transactions.
The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential clients. Experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate leasing market will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties available for lease.
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide suitable property options based on client requirements.
- Generate leads and build a strong network of potential tenants and clients.
- Conduct property viewings and coordinate client meetings.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry until tenancy completion.
- Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing leasing transactions.
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience as a Leasing Officer, Leasing Consultant, or Property Consultant is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales ability with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and relevant software applications.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
- Commission:
- 15% commission on internal property closings.
- 20% commission on external property closings.
- Primary focus will be on generating and closing leasing transactions.
