We are seeking a proactive and experienced Leasing Manager with 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry to oversee leasing operations and maximize property occupancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, handling lease negotiations, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties
- Respond to inquiries, conduct property viewings, and follow up with prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare tenancy agreements
- Coordinate tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update CRM/property management systems
- Monitor occupancy levels and market trends to support leasing strategies
- Work closely with property owners, agents, and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of leasing procedures and real estate market practices
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
