Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-quality retail tenants.
- Identify and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the mall.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address their leasing concerns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize tenant mix and enhance mall positioning.
- Work closely with property management, marketing, and finance teams to align leasing strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare leasing reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.
- Manage lease renewals, terminations, and rental escalations effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mall leasing within the UAE or any GCC.
- Strong network and relationships with retail brands and tenants.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop leasing strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen in lease structuring and rental forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
