Looking for potential candidates for leasing Executive – OFFICE IN ABU DHABI
– Oversee property marketing strategies and campaigns to attract prospective tenants.- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and evaluations, ensuring the selection of suitable applicants
.- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, and accurately document lease agreements.
– Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
– Conduct property tours and showings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each unit.- Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
– Develop strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize property occupancy and rental income.
– Stay updated on local property laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance and tenant satisfaction.
– Collaborate with a dynamic team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related industry.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
