Job Title: Leasing Executive – Commercial Properties

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Leasing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in leasing commercial properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leasing commercial spaces, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that leasing targets are met while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leasing and rental agreements for commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial units.
Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and follow up to secure lease agreements.
Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective clients.
Maintain up-to-date records of leases, renewals, and tenant information.
Collaborate with property owners and management teams to ensure occupancy goals are achieved.
Monitor the local market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
Address and resolve any tenant concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Prepare and process lease documents and coordinate with legal teams when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing within the UAE.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, particularly commercial properties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
