Job Purpose:
This position is responsible to meet customer’s needs and satisfaction by rendering excellent skills in dealing with people as well as to contribute stability and generate higher revenue for the company thru strategic marketing. Completes the over all flow of business transaction from the booking of property up to finalization, documentation and daily coordination to both internal and external clients.
Job Functions:
1. Attending to all calls related to lease of Tenants.
2. Assisting Clients on all inquiries regarding leasing.
3. In charge of marketing vacant properties. Preparing offer letters and suggests Ad, if necessary.
4. Preparing and updating the Market Survey Report and checking the rental rates from Newspapers, Real Estate Co. and/or Agents and visiting properties, if required.
5. Monitoring, updating and preparing weekly report of Vacant Premises and Status of Tenants on Vacation.
6. Handling and processing contract preparation of New Tenants (from booking, possession, etc.)
7. Preparing Contract Renewals of existing Tenants. Preparing MCC (Memorandum of Contract Confirmation) on receipt of payment from Tenants
8. Prepare Refund Orders and Adjustment Notes of Tenants for Manager’s approval to be forwarded to Accounts Department.
9. Dealing to all Tenants vacating the property and making sure all the requirements are followed and important documents are submitted on preparation of Refund Order.
10. Maintaining all records and files of Tenancy Contracts and other documents pertaining to rents and contract systematically.
11. Monitoring the status of rental payments of Tenants and coordinating to Accounts Department & Manager. Follow-up unpaid rent of Tenants as well.
12. Coordinating to Maintenance Department, Building Watchman & Foreman regarding the physical status of vacant units.
13. Attending to other requirements of Tenants i.e. cheque payments, complaints etc.
14. Preparing general and other reports regarding rents of Tenants, etc. from time to time or as required by Operations System In-charge or Real Estate Manager.
15. Coordinating different matters related to the System to Operations System In-charge as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
- Good Time Management Skills.
