Leasing Consultant Jobs in Doha at Capstone Property
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from potential tenants about available residential and or commercial units.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to prospective tenants.
- Provide detailed information about rental terms, including rent amount, lease duration, and security deposit requirements.
- Demonstrate units to prospective tenants, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Advertise available properties on online platforms, social media.
- Assist prospective tenants in completing rental applications and provide information on required documents.
- Screening potential applicants
- Explain lease terms to prospective tenants, ensuring they understand the responsibilities and rights outlined in the agreement.
- Prepare and finalize lease agreements, ensuring all documents are signed and properly filed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with current tenants to encourage lease renewals and gather feedback on their experience.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, helping resolve any issues related to the property or the leasing process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales is a MUST.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close rental deals.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and property management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- The position may require working on weekends or evenings to accommodate the schedules of prospective tenants.
- Residential Leasing Agents spend a significant portion of their time on-site showing properties and meeting with potential tenants.
- Agents may be required to handle a high volume of inquiries during peak leasing seasons.
Compensation:
- Commission-based, with the potential for bonuses or incentives based on leasing performance.
