Job Title: Leasing Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential properties, providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Tours: Conduct tours of available rental properties, highlighting key features and amenities.
Tenant Interaction: Engage with prospective tenants, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding the property and leasing terms.
Application Processing: Assist applicants in completing rental applications and verify the information provided.
Lease Management: Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Market Research: Stay informed about local rental markets, trends, and competitor properties.
Marketing Efforts: Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising channels.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospects and follow up on leads to maximize occupancy rates.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to current tenants and respond to inquiries or issues promptly.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of applications, leases, and tenant interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
