We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Arab nationality.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare tenancy contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare leasing reports.
- Achieve leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
