Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Leasing Agents with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.
- Source new leasing opportunities and expand the property portfolio.
- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful leasing transactions.
- Coordinate with the listing and marketing teams to ensure properties are advertised effectively.
- Stay up to date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, rental trends, and available inventory.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
