We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company committed to delivering top-notch property solutions. We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and drive engagement through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design marketing posters, videos, and promotional materials for online and offline campaigns.
Develop creative ideas for ad campaigns, social media content, and branding initiatives.
Provide storyboards, mood boards, and content outlines for video production teams.
Work closely with agents and videographer to bring ideas to life.
Boost social media pages and posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for better reach and engagement.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Plan and strategize lead generation campaigns to attract potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend creative improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media boosting, and SEO.
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and ad campaign management.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing strategies.
Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
