Role Description The Leasing Agent role at DRE is an on-site position located in Dubai. Town Square office
The Leasing Agent will handle day-to-day leasing activities, including presenting properties to prospective residents, conducting viewings, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing lease agreements, coordinating lease renewals and terminations, maintaining accurate leasing and tenant records, and supporting property management with tenant move-ins and move-outs. The Leasing Agent will collaborate with internal teams to ensure properties are marketed effectively, provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process, and help maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
