Position Overview
Based in Dubai, the Learning & Training Administrator supports the coordination and administration of training activities across the AMEA region.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Skills, the role ensures the smooth organization of training programs, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), and tracks training participation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination
- Organize and coordinate training sessions across the region.
- Manage training logistics (scheduling, invitations, registrations, attendance tracking).
- Liaise with internal teams and external training providers.
- Ensure employees complete required training programs.
LMS Administration (Sezame)
- Manage training programs and users in the LMS.
- Upload courses and maintain training records.
- Provide support to employees using the LMS.
- Monitor completion of e-learning programs.
Reporting
- Track participation and completion rates of training programs.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy of training data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in training administration, HR operations, or learning coordination.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder support.
- Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
