Andaz Doha seeks a passionate, creative, and hardworking individual to lead and support the learning and development functions within this vibrant hotel.
This role requires strong leadership, people management, communication, and organizational skills to effectively implement learning initiatives aligned with the hotel’s objectives.
The Learning Manager will oversee the entire learning and development function, ensuring the creation, deployment, and evaluation of effective training programs to support the hotel’s business goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with experience in similar roles within our brand and traits such as:
University Degree/Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Development, or related business fields
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience as a Training/Learning Manager or Assistant Training Manager, preferably in a Hyatt hotel
Understanding of managing a Hyatt brand in the service industry
Experience in hotel-related operational roles is advantageous
Ability to perform detailed Training Needs Analyses and promote training initiatives
Experience in developing training materials and collaborating on operational training
Appreciation for working with multicultural teams of varying educational backgrounds
Potential for growth in Human Resources Management
