The Learning & Development Executive will work alongside the Human Resources Manager by supporting the training needs analysis, career path & succession planning programs, deploying effective training programs to improve employees’ skills, productivity, and quality of work.
He/she will work alongside many departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training developed by the organization is strategically aligned with the goals of the business while meeting the needs of each function.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about learning and should display excitement about the prospect of leading by example.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or related degree.
Previous experience or exposure in Learning and Development budget preparation.
Proven track record within Learning and Development function as a Supervisor or Specialist.
Previous experience working in an amusement, family theme park, or retail business is preferred.
Highly organized, excellent leadership skills, written and verbal communication.
Able to manage resources, work with managers and external training vendors to develop or deliver trainings.
