Learning & Development Administrator Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Aspire Zone
Process all administrative tasks related to the learning & development strategy and processes in AZF.
Responsibilities:
Support in the identification of current and future training needs through screening career development plans, training plans, and performance management reports for all AZF employees.
Monitor training costs to ensure the budget is not exceeded, and assist with the preparation of budget reports to justify expenditures.
Assist the Learning & Development Specialist with the review and upgrade of training needs.
Handle all administrative tasks of training programmes.
Assist in the selection of training vendors.
Assist the Learning & Development Specialist with the design of training programmes and with the development of best methodologies for training delivery.
Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
Assist with the evaluation of the training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts, as and when required.
Provide constant assistance to the Learning & Development Specialist.
Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.
